About
Sandra Horne is a versatile musical director and conductor with over a decade of experience creating high quality theatrical experiences. Skilled in a variety of genres, she specialises in musical theatre. Also at home in classical and opera music, Sandra has conducted performances across the world.
Sandra is currently resident Musical Director at Trinity Theatre, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Associate Lecturer at Performers College, BIMM University and Musical Director at Emil Dale Academy. She plays regularly for audition days and can frequently be found working as a rehearsal pianist.
Education Work
Alongside her performance work, Sandra is passionate about working with students and promoting musical theatre skills with the next generation of performers. She regularly works on education productions as well teaching students in piano, vocal and woodwind lessons in a one-to-one scenario.
Sandra is available for singing and musical theatre workshops with students at both university and secondary school levels. While her regular private tutoring timetable is particularly full, she is available for one off vocal coaching sessions and audition preparation.
Sandra is a naturally gifted and fluent musician with a wonderfully positive and straightforward attitude to music-making... Also at home in opera, she is a natural accompanist; players and singers obviously like working with her.
